At Ascend Church, we are dedicated to fostering faith and community in our youth. Located in Waxhaw, and serving the surrounding areas of Weddington, Indian Trail, Fort Mill, and Marvin, NC, we believe that youth who grow in faith excel both academically and socially. Get your kids involved with our various programs designed for youth, by youth, and watch them thrive within our church family.

Youth Worship Night

Join us at Ascend Church every week for Youth Worship Night, where we foster faith and community. Located in Waxhaw, NC, these vibrant worship nights help youth connect deeply with God and each other through engaging worship, fun activities, and meaningful fellowship.

Youth Involvement

Youth are essential to our Sunday services at Ascend Church. We create opportunities for them to connect, serve, and grow within our church family and community. By participating in various roles and activities, they form strong bonds and contribute to the vibrant life of our faith community in Waxhaw and beyond.

Growing Together in Faith

Our faith groups are intimate weekly gatherings for youth, held in homes throughout Waxhaw. Guided by dedicated mentors, these groups provide a nurturing space for youth to explore their faith, build lasting friendships, and engage in meaningful conversations. Join us in fostering a strong church community and family rooted in faith and worship.

    Our youth services are centered around deepening your relationship with God. Through meaningful worship, inspiring messages, and thoughtful discussions, you'll have the opportunity to explore your faith in a supportive and encouraging environment.

    Absolutely! Our community is all about inclusion and support. You’ll find a welcoming atmosphere where you can be yourself, connect with others, and feel valued as part of our church family.

    Expect a powerful and uplifting experience. Our services include engaging worship, insightful teachings, and opportunities for personal reflection and prayer, all aimed at helping you grow spiritually and connect with God on a deeper level.

6th to 8th Graders

middle school ministry

Join our Middle School Ministry for an engaging and transformative experience. Students come together in small groups to cultivate friendships and explore what it means to follow Jesus. Our gatherings take place every Friday from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., providing a safe and supportive environment for spiritual growth and connection.

9th and up

youth ministry

Join our Youth Ministry for a transformative journey every Friday from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Youth will delve into living out God's story in their lives and learn how to invite their peers to join in. It's a time for growth, connection, and discovering the impact of faith in everyday life.
